Odelaisys Saco, LMHC

Odelaisys is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and in North Carolina. She has a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University. She is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) and the South Florida Association of Christian Counselors (SFACC).

Odelaisys has over 16 years of professional experience in clinical and ministerial counseling. Her areas of experience include: trauma, domestic violence, sexual abuse, abuse, anxiety, depression, foster care, adoption, and ministerial burnout. She has worked in community mental health agencies, hospitals and residential treatment programs, and has taught college undergraduate classes in psychology and childhood development. Odelaisys speaks at conferences and equips church leadership, volunteers and professionals.

Oleymis Russell, LCSW

Oleymis is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and North Carolina. She has a Master of Social Work from Barry University and Bachelor in Social Work from Florida International University. Oleymis is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW)

Oleymis has been a Social Worker for over 18 years. Her professional experience includes working with families at risk, children and adolescents in foster care and older adults diagnosed with a medical and/or a mental health illness. She has experience in management and administration, billing and quality assurance. Oleymis has worked for the states of Florida and North Carolina, community agencies and the hospital. 

Kiarra Montenegro, BA

Kiarra has a Bachelor of Art in Christian Ministry from Palm Beach Atlantic University in Florida, and attended Montreat College in North Carolina. At Montreat College Kiarra was instrumental is starting and establishing a safe place for youth to share about their challenges and victories, grow in their relationship with God and in their faith, find support and build community. 

Kiarra has experience woking with youth in different settings, advocating and connecting youth, adults and families to resources, coordinating and organizing events, providing support and doing community outreach, overseeing different projects, content development.
